1/3 cup diced onion
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
2 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano
2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
2 tsp chopped fresh savoury
2 Tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper

Purée the onion, herbs, 2 Tbsp of the oil, lemon juice and a bit of salt and pepper in a food processor, paste on chicken and then grill 15 minutes per side.
